I’m starting as an Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University in January! I will be appointed 75% in the (new!) School of Environmental Science, and 25% in the School of Resource and Environmental Management. I’m excited to teach students about watersheds, start my own research group, and interact with brilliant colleagues across a variety of departments. I feel so privileged to have this opportunity, and in this moment there are so many people I want to thank. From my first ecology profs and those who got me into research, to folks who recently helped with interview prep… colleagues, classmates, mentors, friends, family, and of course my partner. Thanks for helping me get here. I’ll be looking for graduate students soon – stay tuned (or check out the “join us” tab). But if you are someone or know someone who likes the kinds of things I research, get in touch.
